Perhaps the most significant factor that came out of the project was the early recognition of the need for a culture change that meant accepting and supporting the system that was eventually to be put into operation. Organizational adjustments were made including assignment of “ownership” for the process performance to specific individuals. Rob played a major role in identifying this need and putting the recommended measures in place. This action established the foundation on which we successfully implemented and operated the new quality system
