...Due to the nature of this type of project, in some cases it was difficult to motivate the team participants to meet commitments as there were numerous competing priorities. But Rob's commitment to meeting our expectations and fulfilling the objectives we had set for the project by keeping the project and team members focused and on-track were major factors in the eventual success of the project. .
