The environment we promote lays the foundation for a healthy client relationship. But the growth of relationships at the personal level depends on the handling of the inevitable project conflicts. We constructively confront and resolve conflict. Experience shows that unresolved interpersonal issues, regardless of severity, potentially undermine project team unity and jeopardize the project objectives.
It's About Our Process
Repeatable and predictable outcomes require a dependable structure to guide the initiative. Here are the elements we find non-negotiable.
- Development of an integrated project plan. Without a well thought-out map, progress becomes halting and reactionary.
- Control of changes to project deliverables. Effective change control maintains the intended scope and assures that the project has clearly defined end point.
- Management of the areas of uncertainty. Uncertainties pose threats to the project success. We eliminate or mitigate these threats with our comprehensive management method.
But an initiative is ultimately about the final outcome. So we have the project end clearly in mind from the outset, making provisions for:
- Sustaining the outcome of the project through an audit / evaluation phase after the initial accepted completion of all project deliverables.
- Capturing lessons learned through a formal closure process.
- Assuring that the project outcomes will be aligned with the business plan through an initiation process prior to project planning.
It's About Our Management Style We carry full project management responsibility. This allows the participating stakeholders to concentrate on their parts of the project as well as to support their normal operational responsibilities as required.
We insist on accountability from all participating stakeholders. Ultimately project objectives can only be met if all individuals remain committed to fulfilling their obligations to the project. We are meticulous about the details. Because it's the small stuff that often stalls project progress and threatens the fulfillment of the objectives.

Rob has been able to enter into the customer’s organization, capture the detail of the project requirements and work with their personnel to develop the project plan and execution approach. He has utilized his engineering background to provide essential input into the project such as equipment specifications, systems design and operational sequencing. He has led projects through systems installation, startup and debug functioning in a hands-on capacity, if necessary.
